The app was an initiative by a popular care facility chain based in USA. The app was an independent initiative by the care facility chain to facilitate the inmates of the care facility. The idea was to encourage active communication between the care facility inmates and the relatives of the inmates.
The care facility works as a sanitorium for its inmates who are senior citizens and are a chain of facilities in different cities of Australia. The app was meant to be an independent initiative by the care facility. The app is meant to be a communication tool between the inmates and the relatives. Further, it was also meant to be a communication tool between the care facility administrator and the primary family user of the inmate.

Overview of the Solution
The important features of the solution are :
Send a new address postcard to your previous addresses, based on your registration
Based on new address selected, physical postcards can be sent from the app
Selection of multiple addresses at a previous address to track a parcel
Searching members using mail ids to identify the person. The search can also be based on address to identify previous residents at the same address
Alerts on receiving mail at a previous address
Ability to take photo of the parcel , upload photo of the parcel and address and recipient details to the database for further tracking
Various payment options to buy parcels that can be delivered physically to the user
The user can buy self - addressed envelopes and parcels in advance which can be managed at this previous addresses so that any parcel or mail received is immediately delivered to his current address
The app was a business app and hence we had a mandate to provide a design that had a corporate look and feel. Hence we selected lighter colors to match the functionalities. The UI/UX centred around intuitive movements of the screens which ensured that the mobile was very easy to operate and had information and alerts at the right points in the process.
Content That Engages
For the app we were involved in creating the right content for the messages, the forms and also the right content for the web app. We were also involved in the content for the marketing collaterals for the app. For this particular engagement we were also involved in creating user based manuals, print based flyers and brochures. Further we also did some technical writing for the technical teams to maintain the app.
The Final Result
The app is one of the popular products for the client that we built. The app has been adopted by close knit user communities as it is official mail communication app. We are involved with the client to main the mobile and web app

Hence with the aid of this app it is possible for them to track if they have received any mail at their old addresses.
