The client is an insurance major based out in Asia and they specialised in medical health insurance. They were making inroads into new markets in Asia and needed a holistic UI presence so that it could appeal to audiences across different markets and also they needed the UI/UX to be intuitive and interesting so that the user could get smooth CTAs leading to increased conversion. The client further wanted to re-evaluate its design strategy and wanted to understand that the technology platform that hosted its current web presence and considering the further scalability requirements and the need to cater to ever changing technology stacks

Business Need

AARCHIK was engaged to provide initially a complete strategy for revamp of UI/UX of their website and also analyze the technology strategy for the complete UI/UX revamp. We needed to analyze the technology infrastructure and provide a complete strategy for scalable infrastructure requirements and build the UI/UX in such a manner that the future UI/UX needs could be also covered to an extent

While redesigning the user experience wasn’t the focus, we were able to make some enhancements to the global information architecture in order to improve ease of use of the platform.

Throughout this project, we worked very closely with product, development and marketing teams to ensure our UI art direction and responsive UI design system was inline with the new brand and would be implementable and scalable.

Ultimately, we were able to rapidly enhance brand perception of their platform and support sales enablement without having to design from the ground-up.
